Is this one yours - - or is it Jana's? Did you really have a chalkboard in your bedroom?

I got mono in the 9th grade -- and it was NOT from kissing. I had to lay flat in bed for two months!

What a great way to post memories and what a wonderful sketch!

This is one of mine, Mark. I did indeed have a chalk board in my room, and it really was my most prized possession. I loved to play school, and before the chalkboard, I was using magic marker on my bedroom window and wiping it off before it dried.

The funny thing is this is one of my prized possessions today:

An 8' x 4' magnetic dry erase board!

Janee

Your dry erase board is HUGE.

You could take over the whole world making plans, lists and diagrams on that white board.

It also lends a totally creative vibe to the room.

No wonder you like it so much. :-)

oooh Mono is no joke, but you made it look so easy and cute! Love you and Jana style. I have been a fan of Jana's work for years and now I get the joy of becoming a big fan of your work as well.
