Upgrades and Overhauls

I finally updated my website. Well, actually, I overhauled my website.

This was one of those "to-do's" that 40 or 50 other "to-do's" were hinging on and waiting for. You know, "I can't do X, Y, or Z until I do A." Well revamping my website was "A."

My work has changed (and hopefully grown) so much since my last update, that my website was no longer a good reflection of my style. And the old design focused on types of work I'm not doing anymore. I had narrowed my focus, but my website was still all-encompassing.

Now that I've crossed "A" off my list, I'm ready to tackle "X, Y, and Z." As soon as I take care of "B" that is.

Coming Up For Air

Whew! This has been quite the year for me so far. As of last week, I've illustrated nine books this year. It's been very exciting!

To add to my excitement, my new book, Ghost Eats It All! comes out next month!

Then just when I think I have a minute to breathe, I'll be joining a fabulous group of Texas authors in October to promote Ghost on the Read It - Write It tour. I hope to see some of my favorite fellow Texans along the way.
